Where is my order?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders usually ship 1-3 days after the order was placed to account for stock variations. Please expect delays during product launches and re-stocks.
U.S. orders are assigned a USPS tracking number which can be accessed through your Account and tracked on USPS.com. If this did not answer your question, please email contact@BloomyCandles.com.

Do you ship to my country?
Bloomy Candles only ships to the USA and Canada at the moment. Hopefully we can start shipping worldwide soon.

How much is shipping?

We ship via USPS. Our shipping rates depend on the weight of the package, which can vary from $9, for a single candle, to $20, for a set of 3, for US customers. Canadian customers can expect the rates to be around $30-35.

Do you offer 1 day shipping?
Not at this time.

My Bloomy only unfolded on one side. What did I do wrong?

Can I buy Bloomy at a physical store?
We only sell online at the moment. However, we plan to be available at select retailers in the future.


My favorite candle color is out of stock! When will you get more?

It usually takes 2-3 days to make a Bloomy Candle. We are usually very good at keeping our supply stocked but during the holidays it can happen that it takes about 1-2 weeks to resupply.

I would like to make a return. I have received a damaged or defective product.
Bloomy Candles accepts returns within 7 days of purchase, if the product was damaged during transit. Contact us at contact@BloomyCandles.com for a Return Authorization number. Packages without RA will not be processed and no refund will be given, so make sure to let us know about the problem.
