Each Bloomy is hand-poured, quality inspected and packaged with ultimate care before it ships out to you. Upon receipt, please check your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement if the item you purchased was damaged in the mail. If, within 7 days, you are dissatisfied with the unused product for any reason, you may return it through the mail for a refund or replacement.

We cannot accept returns on special-order items, sale items, or on items which have been damaged through negligence and mishandling by the buyer.
